Identifying Mentoring Motivation
These worksheets will help mentors determine their true motivation for pursuing a mentoring relationship and whether they are prepared to embark upon the relationship. Worksheets are adapted from 'The Mentor's Guide: Facilitating Effective Learning Relationships' by Lois J. Zachary (2012).
